Returns and refunds policy

At Blaiche, we do our utmost to satisfy you. If a product does not meet your needs, the following return terms apply, in accordance with French legislation.

Right of withdrawal — individual consumers only

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason or incurring a penalty.

To do so, email contact@blaiche.com, stating:

• your order number;
• the product or products concerned;
• that you wish to make a return.

We will explain the procedure to follow.

Return conditions

• Items must be new, unused and unopened, in their original packaging, with any accessories included.
• Returns are at your expense, except where we have made an error, as explained below.
• Your return must be sent to the address provided by email after your return request.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• unsealed hygiene or personal care products, such as nappies, creams and shower gels;
• personalised products;
• perishable products.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked:

• Your refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for your purchase.
• We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items or proof of dispatch.

Damaged products or order preparation errors

If an item arrives damaged, defective or does not match your order:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@blaiche.com.
• Include photographs of the parcel and the product concerned.
• After checking the issue, we will arrange an exchange or refund at our expense.
