2. Purpose

These General Terms of Service govern sales of products offered on Blaiche.com. By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these general terms, which take precedence over any other document.

3. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations or typographical errors may occur. Photographs are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros, including all taxes. Delivery charges are specified when the order is placed. Blaiche reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.

5. Orders

Any order placed on Blaiche.com requires the creation of a customer account containing accurate information. Blaiche reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are those offered on the website at the time of purchase, such as bank cards. Payments are secure.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered within metropolitan France. Delivery times are estimates. Blaiche cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French legislation, customers have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Return costs are payable by the customer. Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including unsealed hygiene products.

9. Warranties

Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

10. Personal data

The personal data collected is used solely to process orders and manage customer relations. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. Under the GDPR, customers have the right to access, correct and delete their data by sending a request to contact@blaiche.com.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of Blaiche.com, including text, images, visuals, the logo and the trade name, are protected by intellectual property law. Any partial or complete reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, jurisdiction is assigned to the French courts.
